Acceptable Use Policy
These rules protect users, service providers, and the wider community when using AI Landscape Studio and its AI image-generation features.

Permitted use
Use the service to create lawful landscape-design concepts from property photos that you own or have permission to use. Requests must relate to legitimate outdoor planning and respect the rights, safety, and privacy of others.
Prohibited content and activity
You must not upload, request, generate, share, or attempt to create:
- - Sexually explicit, pornographic, adult content, NSFW, or sexually suggestive content.
- - Any sexual, exploitative, or suggestive content involving minors or anyone presented as a minor.
- - Non-consensual sexual content, sexual exploitation, sexual violence, or intimate imagery shared without permission.
- - Graphic violence, hateful or harassing content, abuse, threats, or content that promotes harm.
- - Illegal activity, fraud, deception, impersonation, or content that infringes privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights.
- - Attempts to evade, disable, probe, or bypass our content moderation and safety controls.
Automated content moderation
Every prompt submitted for AI image generation is subject to automated content moderation before generation. Requests that are denied or flagged are blocked. If screening is unavailable, generation is paused rather than allowed without review. Attempts to avoid these safeguards may result in account restriction or termination.
Enforcement and contact
We may block requests, remove content, restrict or terminate accounts, and cooperate with lawful investigations when this policy is violated. Questions or reports can be sent to support@ailandscapedesign.xyz.
